2020 has been a brutal year for Lebanon, many persons have stepped up to help by contributing for charities who support people in deep need, With this Charity Wine Sale, you can contribute to "Forgotten" persons that nobody else than "Minsiyin" is helping.

Cause
"MINSIYIN" (the forgotten) was launched twenty years ago with the Lebanese missionary, Father Jean Abou Khalife, as an association affiliated with the Congregation of the Lebanese Maronite Missionaries, and was approved and officially appointed by the General Council. It also received a Statement of Notification from the Lebanese state 1118/2014. The "MINSIYIN" Association, receives, listens, evaluates and supports the poorest.

The priest of the Church of Rüschlikon St. Nikolas of Myra, visited Lebanon in 2018 where he met Father Jean Abou Khalife and was fully informed about the work of the "Minsiyin" association. He then started the plan to support the "Minsiyin" in a sustainable way, by selling the Château Barka product.
In this way, he will be also supporting many families who work for the producer of the wine in the mountains, at 1450m. above sea level, and to provide them a decent live.
All profit realised with this sale is fully paid to Minsiyin association in Lebanon.
He is teaming up with "Château Barka" and the "Lebanese Christian House" so you can enjoy Lebanon's finest wines at a discount and support "Minsiyin" at the same time, more than "CHF 30.00" from every case sold (6 bottles à 7.5 dl) will provide critical services for vulnerable people, mainly children and women in Lebanon.

Under the motto "The Spirit brings us together", the association "Lebanese Christian House" was founded in 1999 in Zürich Switzerland.. With the power of the Holy Spirit, the various Lebanese Christians living in Switzerland began to gather together thanks to the founding of this association, so as not to lose their identity and the roots of their faith while promoting their integration into Swiss society. The association aims to support charitable institutions of all kinds in Lebanon.
